I made this image on my way to Tatamagouche recently.

Blogging

I have been quietly making an occasional Blog since May and keeping it to myself, not sure why, just being shy. Well, I got my friend Rob hooked and it has encouraged me to share. I hope to post more frequently, so stay tuned...

Tatamagouche

I recently was one of 3 leaders of a photographic course at the Tatamagouche Centre in Tatamagouche, N.S. http://tatacentre.ca . It was a very enriching experience for me, it was my 1st time acting as a facilitator and I thank Margot and Frith for their support and the gifts they shared at this event. I also want to thank all who participated and shared some of themselves with the group. We are offering the program again next year, I am already looking forward to it!Here are few images taken in and near Tatamagouche. More will come.
Peace.

Saved from the blade

I was clearing some fallen apples from under the tree before
mowing the lawn and found this little toad.

I put him (or her, I did'nt check) in an empty fishbowl and took
the kids for a walk to "far" (see previous post) to set our friend free.

With the one eye that is closed, one looks within,
with the other eye that is open, one looks without."

Hope is a choice

Hope is not a feeling; it is a decision. And the decision for hope is based upon what you believe at the deepest levels - what your most basic convictions are about the world and what the future holds - all based upon your faith. You choose hope, not as a naïve wish, but as a choice, with your eyes wide open to the reality of the world -
